Our room was like an apartment with a kitchenette, huge bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff were professional and polite. I would definitely recommend Krone Unterstrass!

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and conveniently located not far from the city center. The tram stop right next to the hotel made it easy to get around. The location near the canal near the lake was vibrant during the summer. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and friendly.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the check-in experience, a bit slow and could use some more efficiency. the lack of a mini bar in the room was a downside, especially when arriving late at night and not having any food or drinks available.
